Mind-Body Stress and Anxiety Management

Stress and anxiety are common among college students. Both may be caused by external and internal factors. It may seem surprising, but your own reactions and perceptions of events can have a dramatic impact on your level of stress, anxiety, and general well-being. Therefore, the key to overcoming stress and anxiety is to understand and appreciate the interplay of the body and the mind. We have all heard about the ways stress and anxiety may disrupt this delicate balance. What we may not have heard is that this balance can be restored through soothing both the body and the mind.
